Objective

  • Position the Subway cookie as a comforting pause in the middle of daily chaos.

  • Emotionally connect with young adults, showing that small pleasures matter.

  • Create a relatable experience that turns a simple treat into a moment of calm.

Mechanics

  1. We created a takeover of Subway’s Instagram account with a fictional character developed specifically to give the campaign personality.

  2. The character taught young followers how their Footlong Cookie can offer a break from the pressures of adulting.

  3. Custom visuals, arts, and mockups were produced to reflect relatable scenarios from young adults’ lives, fostering emotional connection.

  4. Social activations encouraged the audience to share their own “Cookie Me Away” moments.
